Andrea’s Truffles is partnering with their good friends and clients Mike Hess Brewing Company North Park for their third anual Pre-Valentines Day Truffle Tuesday. The casual pairing includes a unique truffle trio and beer flight for only 14$

Galaxy Taco Tuesday Takeover!!
Galaxy Taco is pairing up with San Diego native Matthew Orlando! Before opening his own restaurant Amass Restaurant in Copenhagen, he previously held positions at The Chart House in Cardiff, Per Se, The Fat Duck and Head Chef of Noma. From what we’ve heard, he’s in town, enjoys mexican food, and will be cooking at Galaxy Taco for the night! Want to know more about him? Valentines Day Winemakers Brunch!!
Looking to spice things up for Valentine’s Day? Deckman’s en el Mogor is kicking off their 1st Annual Valentines Day Winemakers Brunch!
From 11 am to 3 pm, you’ll be able to sip savory wines, as the restaurant have invited wineries including Casa de Piedra, Vinas de Garza, Lechuza and our own Cavas del Mogor. In addition to wine stations, Deckman’s will have food stations such as a Mariscos Station for Kumiai Oysters, Wood-Fired Antojitos Station, Fresh Ranch Egg Creation Station, A whole Suckling Pig, Local Cheeses and Dessert all while over looking hills of vineyards!
For $1000 mxn pesos (service not included) you can enjoy all this!

Sculpture & Cocktails, will be hosting a special edition Culture & Cocktails, celebrating the opening of Art of the Open Air—the Museum’s new public art exhibition located in Balboa Park‘s Plaza de Panama. You’ll be able to explore current exhibitions, savor a ‘Man of Steel’ or ‘Heavy Metal’ signature cocktail from Kill Devil Spirit Co., enjoy delicious eats from Quad AleHouse, and take over the dance floor at their Dance Party Lounge. It’ll feature a night under the stars in the outdoor garden party space where you’ll be able to take an upclose look at the sculptural works featured in the Museum’s newest exhibition—”Art of the Open Air.”

An evening filled with cooking, eating, socializing and educational seminars lead by Amy DiBiase of Tidal, Jeff Rossman of Terra American Bistro, San Diego, Augie Saucedo of Brothers Signature Catering & Events & two recipients of the Chef Celebration Scholarship to Napa.
Its a casual setting so feel free to bring a bottle of wine or beer if you would like! Also bring an appetite, and dress warmly for a fun filled night of seafood & fresh produce education and tastings, brought to you by Specialty Produce and Catalina Offshore Products.

SoundBite 2016 at Quad Ale House with Piracy Conspiracy
SoundBite dinner series, a dinner infused with music, will kick off this year with Endless Summer at Quad Alehouse from 6:30 to 9 p.m. with Piracy Conspiracy.
Featured chefs will include Chef Nick Brune of Eco Caters, Chef Brandon Brooks of Quad Alehouse, and Chef Lhasa Landry of The Crack Shack.
The travelling dinner series was born from Chef Nick Brune’s love of music and food, and the way it works is, chefs have team up with musicians to bring you dinner paired with music! This evening will feature island food and drinks. Cuisine inspired by music!
Furthermore, heartfelt presentations from each chef about the song-dish pairings are given throughout the evening, adding an artistic touch to this sensory experience.
SoundBite’s Quad Alehouse event will begin with a half-hour of mingling, followed by a six-course dinner.

In it’s usual quest to bring you unique events, EDSD presents: The Abnormal Tube Meat Madness at Machete!
Six Chefs will make some form of tube meat — be it sausage, bratwurst, merguez, hot links, whatever! — and each will be paired with a beer from Abnormal Beer Co and head brewer Derek Gallanosa.
Chefs will grill, smoke, boil, or griddle your tube meat! You will eat sausage and drink beer.
It’s a sausage party…and you’ll like it.
