La Valencia Hotel and its Executive Chef James Montejano, are hosting a collaboration of chefs, farmers and winemakers, for a 6 course, wine-paired dinner, benefiting the Berry Good Foundation this January 26th at 6pm. The dinner will highlight & celebrate the abundant glory of plants and fruits – haute cuisine that is effortlessly plant based.
The guest chefs include Davin Waite – Wrench & Rodent Seabasstropub, Alex Emery – Hilton Bayfront Hotel, Hanis Cavin – Carnitas Snack Shack, and Dreux Ellis of Cafe Gratitude. On hand for wine-pairings and no stranger to these types of events, will be Quigley Fine Wines. Supplying the produce are Specialty Produce, Plato Farms, Cyclops Farms and Go Green.
You’ll know where your food is coming from, have the opportunity to meet, greet and support local farmers and producers, all of who are good stewards of our natural resources. The night will kick off with a cocktail hour “Meet Up”at 6pm, amidst local farmers, hors d’oeuvres, wine and herb infused cocktails, followed by a seated dinner at 7pm… Which we know will end with good times!
