This Saturday November 7th, Baja Wine + Food presents the tantalizing Madame Ur Cabaret!
The intimate performance of the soulful chanteuse will take place at Planet Rooth Design Haus, a local art gallery/event space owned by Swedish master craftsman and co-host Gustaf Anders Rooth. The venue also serves as the Barrelly Made It Furniture shop/showroom and Baja Wine + Food‘s headquarters.

This one-of-a-kind cross-border collaboration will feature artists, winemakers, brewers and chefs! You’ll experience Madame Ur Cabaret band along with the pre-opening of the art exhibition NUDE SURVEY THREE, an Eric Minh Swenson – aka EMS- curation. EMS is the sommelier of the arts through film and photo with over 600 films on artists and exhibitions. He is also a photographer at Artillery Magazine and Blogger at The Huffington Post. Participating artists include the famed Tijuana/San Diego photographer Josue Castro, Alec Dawson, Raul Guerrero, Daphne Hill, Prudence Horne, Benjamin Lavender, Virginia Lukei, Sarah Stieber, Anna Stump, Nicole Waszak, and James Watts.
Representing the Baja Wine + Food Movement is the amazing Chef Flor Franco of the biodynamic winery Finca La Carrodilla in the Valle de Guadalupe & Indulge by Flor Franco, her prestigious catering company in San Diego. Chef Flor will be manning the sexy iQ Barrel Smoker, designed by Gustaf, where she’ll be turning out “Smoking Hot” Tacos! Savor them while sipping on Paoloni Wines and craft beers by Agua Mala.

Ticket pricing for the event including food & wine is $65. There is also a CONCERT ONLY option should you be coming from dinner for $35. Either way, you’ll want to purchase tickets in advance using promo code BAJAWINEFOOD to save yourself an extra 10% because tickets at the door will be $80.
