In three days (April 23rd), 8 Chefs will come together for an 8-course dinner where a portion of the dinner will be donated to the San Diego Chapter of the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Priced at $125, the dinner “Chef’s Whim Spring Fling”, will be held at the communal table in the wine room at Chef Kurt Metzger’s Farm-to-table restaurant, Kitchen 4140.
Neither Chef Metzger nor his restaurant are strangers to these types of collaborations. Earlier this month they hosted the off hook Championship Round of the Avocado Madness!!
Exciting collaborations! Chefs going above and beyond donating time, product, and a lot of heart! All of which is reflected in each of the dishes they turn out! So to have the opportunity to attend, is truly awesome.
